If You Can Create Business, We Should Talk3MG Roofing is growing in Raleigh and surrounding area and we want self-generating salespeople who know how to knock doors, build relationships and turn activity into revenue. Ever been burned by a company that couldn't pay your commission? Not here. Ever sold a job and then had to explain production delays you had no control over? Also not here. We have the backing, operations and support to help you grow your pipeline and your income. We want people who can tell us:what they've soldhow they generated itwhat their best month looked likewhy they're hungry Roofing experience is great, but not required. Pest control, home services, telecom, car sales and other high-pressure sales backgrounds absolutely count. Former athlete? Even better. We like competitive people who know how to work, take coaching and keep going after a loss. Experienced rep? Ask us about our 1099 comp plan — aggressive commission tiers, bonuses, spiffs and uncapped upside for people who actually produce. No resume? Fine. Tell us your sales story.Recruiting@3MG.com
