Team Member Opportunity Start your new career as a Team Member with MAU at our client in Summerville, SC. As a Team Member, you will perform operational and operator maintenance tasks while supporting team goals, continuous improvement, safety, quality, and a positive work environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging circumstances
  • Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and moving up to 33 lbs., standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, and kneeling
  • Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications and work instructions
  • What You'll Do as a Team Member:
  • Perform operational tasks according to established rules, instructions, and quality standards
  • Help the team meet performance targets by generating actions and serving as a point of contact for operational activities
  • Perform operator maintenance tasks within the assigned team
  • Support team members and participate in team activities
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and with other departments
  • Continuously improve your skills and ability to perform assigned activities
  • Share knowledge and competencies with team members
  • Contribute to a safe, productive, and positive work environment
  • Support new activities, process improvements, and reorganizations
