Maintenance General - Crib Attendant Orders, receives, stores, and issues hand tools, machine tools, materials, janitorial supplies, equipment, PPE, and other items needed for daily production requirements. Issues tools, equipment, and other items to workers and maintains records of items issued and returned. Requisitions stock/items to replenish inventory. Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools and equipment, and locates lost or misplaced tools and equipment. Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tools, materials, and equipment. Inspects and measures tools and equipment for defects and wear and reports damage or wear to supervisors. Repairs, services, and lubricates tools and equipment. Marks and identifies tools and equipment. Assists other Maintenance personnel as required. Supports and participates in Morgan Olson's PPS team efforts. Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer-focused and supporting continuous improvement activities. Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time. Other Duties as assigned. A job requires standing, stooping or bending, lifting, reaching, twisting and turning. Lifting will involve tools and supplies weighing anywhere from several pounds to 50 pounds. PPE: Steel toed safety shoes, Safety glasses with side shields are always required. Other PPE such as hearing protection, gloves, safety goggles, dust/fume masks, etc. may be required depending upon the task at hand.
