What You'll Do:
- As a DSP, you'll be a key part of helping people live their best lives—at home and in the community. Every day is different, but you can expect to: Support daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and personal care
- Encourage participation in hobbies, social events, and community activities (movies, music, birthdays, and more!)Teach and model life skills that build confidence and independence
- Ensure comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction
- Be an advocate and ally for people who may not always have a voice
- Laugh, have fun, and build meaningful relationships

Starting pay: $18.25/hour

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Ability to pass a TB test and physical (if applicable)
- Clear driving record (if applicable)
