Chicagoland / NYC - Hybrid in office 3 days/week A leading specialty insurer is seeking a Senior Actuary to play a key role in shaping pricing strategy and profitable growth across their Professional Lines portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for anACAS or FCAS with deep Commercial Lines pricing experience and expertise in Professional Lines products such as D&O, E&O, and EPLI.
Responsibilities:
Lead rate indications, pricing analyses, and portfolio management initiativesDevelop pricing tools and frameworks to support profitable growthEvaluate new business opportunities and emerging product linesPartner closely with Underwriting, Claims, and senior business leadersPresent strategic recommendations and actuarial insights to executive leadershipMentor junior team members and contribute to enterprise-wide initiativesRequirements/Preferred background: ACAS required, FCAS preferred 7+ years of actuarial experience with a strong focus on Commercial Lines PricingProfessional Lines experience highly preferredStrong project leadership and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex actuarial analyses into actionable business decisions
