You will help customers, answer phones, check in groups, help with birthday parties and events, assist with reservations, and help keep the building running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone with experience in customer service, restaurants, retail, hospitality, front desk work, or events who wants something more fun than a typical job.
What You Will Do:
- Greet and check in customers
- Answer phones and customer questions
- Help with reservations, birthday parties, and events
- Process payments
- Help organize groups before their games
- Assist other team members during busy shifts
- Help solve basic customer problems
- Keep customer areas organized and ready
- Help make sure every group has an awesome experience We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
- Dependable
- Friendly and comfortable talking with people

- Able to handle a busy environment

- Interested in steady full time work
You do not need laser tag experience. We will train you.
