ICU Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. As an ICU RN, you will provide direct, high-acuity patient care to critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring, life support, and complex interventions. You'll work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
- Perform continuous patient assessment and interpret hemodynamic data
- Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced life-support equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams on treatment plans
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Educate patients and families during critical and end-of-life situations
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices
Qualifications:- Active RN license (compact or willing to obtain)1+ year of ICU or critical care experience preferred (strong stepdown/PCU considered)BLS required; ACLS required or obtained within orientation
- Experience with ventilators, critical drips, and high-acuity patients preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
