Key responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets and develop cross-selling strategies
Utilize CRM and comparative rater tools to provide quote comparisons and articulate coverage differences
Foster relationships with referring producers, underwriters, and clients to drive new business growth
Required qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Property & Casualty license required
Minimum three years of experience in Commercial Lines marketing, placement, service, and sales
Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services
Proven track record of insurance sales success with a sales-driven mentality
