Responsibilities: Convert operational priorities from disaster recovery and debris management teams into detailed product requirements, workflows, and implementation-ready documentation. Build and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and backlog items that give developers and QA teams a clear path for execution. Rank product enhancements and feature requests by weighing user impact, compliance exposure, reimbursement considerations, and business value. Act as the central point of coordination between operations teams and software delivery groups throughout planning, development, testing, and release activities. Observe field operations directly to understand how work is performed in practice, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements grounded in actual usage. Ensure product functionality supports documentation, reporting, audit readiness, and program requirements tied to disaster recovery and reimbursement processes. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing, and release preparation to help deliver solutions that meet operational and regulatory expectations.
