- Process Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 to $ 20.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm $20.50/hr.3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30am $20/hr.
- Operate production equipment to manufacture metal parts and assemblies.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, measuring equipment, calculators, and computers.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and quality-related issues.
- Follow all company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Ensure products meet quality requirements through established training and work instructions.
Process Technician Qualifications:
Forklift experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic math skills.
Familiarity with a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday.
Ability to occasionally climb, stoop, and kneel while performing job duties.
