Safely and efficiently install furnishings and accessories in timeshare units and other resort facilities. Must be self-sufficient in using a tape measure, unwrapping and unloading furniture from trucks, removing debris, recycling packaging materials, coordinating pickups as needed, wall mounting, art installation, and performing other tasks as directed by management or the supervisor. Perform repairs in a timely manner. Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift an average of 120 pounds. Ability to navigate rough terrain and stairs.
