Compensation: $50,000 + bonus
Schedule: Hybrid – North Charlotte
Key Responsibilities:
Review applications for accuracy and completeness prior to carrier submission.
Coordinate with insurance carriers and financial institutions to facilitate case completion.
Partner with internal operations teams to deliver exceptional service and streamline workflows.
Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies to enhance operational effectiveness.
Resolve complex issues through critical thinking and collaboration.
Utilize reporting and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, growth, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Natural curiosity and ability to investigate issues independently
- Comfortable in a process-driven, desk-based environment
- Customer service, administrative, operations, or account support experience is a plus
- No insurance or financial services experience required
- No degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply
