First shift hours are flexible Monday-Friday starting between 5AM-7:30AM and ending between 3:30PM-5PM, plus overtime. Standard workweek is 45+ hours. OT paid for hours worked over 40.RoleThe Estimator is responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for custom manufacturing jobs. This role requires a strong understanding of machining, fabrication, and assembly processes, as well as the ability to analyze technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
