Multi-Unit QSR District Manager | Bonus & Vehicle

Recruiting Plus LLC is seeking a District Manager for Fast Food/QSR to oversee multiple restaurant locations across Shiloh, IL and nearby markets. You will drive operational excellence, grow sales, manage P&L, and develop restaurant leadership teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit QSR management, strong leadership, ability to travel between sites, and proficiency with MS Office and restaurant systems. A Bachelor's degree and ServSafe certification are preferred.
