Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor driver and installation teams.
Conduct new-hire training and orientation programs.
Track and evaluate each new hire's mentorship period.
Perform ride-along delivery inspections and prepare detailed reports.
Review inspection results with delivery teams and management.
Assist in developing training solutions for challenges identified during deliveries.
Provide coaching and problem-solving support to enhance team performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:- Final mile delivery/logistics
- Experience in home appliance installation (refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.).Proven leadership experience with driver/installation teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish bilingual preferred).Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background screening and DOT compliance
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate concerns.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
