Job Title: Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Job Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: 3rd shift, four 10-hour days with a 3-day weekend
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee CNC machining and assembly operations on the third shift. This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, meeting production targets, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and develop manufacturing employees.
Coordinate production schedules, workflow, and staffing.
Monitor quality, productivity, costs, and delivery timelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Promote workplace safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in CNC machining.
High school diploma required; related college education preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with continuous improvement and production management.
Proficiency with computers and manufacturing systems.
