Brake Press Lead

Duties/Responsibilities: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet daily production goals. Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and capabilities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow. Seek ways to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and model exceptional work ethic. Resolve issues that arise during the shift. Provide training and mentoring to team members. Oversee flow of materials and finished goods in and out of department. Ensure team follows safety protocols and maintains a clean and organized work environment. Model company core values daily.

Skills/Qualifications: Deep understanding of department and its processes including technical aspects of the work. Acute attention to detail ensuring quality of work. Able to identify and address issues proactively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information, give direction and feedback, and resolve conflicts. Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team toward success. Able to collaborate effectively with others, build strong relationships, and manage disagreements in order to find mutually beneficial solutions.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED.Demonstrated mastery of department processes and leadership capabilities.
