To ensure high-quality home maintenance, the full-time Maintenance Manager - South Carolina will manage maintenance work orders, execute repairs, and maintain luxury standards for properties in Charleston and Kiawah Island.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, triage, and execute assigned maintenance work orders across a portfolio of homes
Partner with the Maintenance Coordinator to manage scheduling, routing, and daily execution priorities
Ensure all repairs contribute to homes being consistently stay-ready, safe, and fully functionalRequired Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in residential maintenance, handyman services, or property operations
Strong troubleshooting skills across home systems, appliances, and general repairs
Experience working in high-end or luxury residential environments preferred
Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must reside in or near Charleston, Johns Island, or Kiawah Island, South Carolina
