Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities: Occupational Therapist, FT, Piedmont Columbus MidtownRESPONSIBLE FOR:Providing occupational therapy for a designated group of patients, including evaluations, modalities, and treatments. Responsible for the care of patients treated by certified occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers. We have multiple locations to choose from: Midtown campus - Northside campus John B. Amos Cancer Center - Gateway Road Physical Therapy Clinic (Outpatient PT) one on one treatment sessions in outpatient settings. Piedmont Columbus Regional is the region's healthcare leader- consisting of two primary hospitals (Midtown and Northside), plus the Bill and Olivia Amos Children's Hospital, and the John B Amos Cancer Center. Our Midtown Campus is a 583-bed, acute care hospital and features a regional Level II trauma center. Our Northside Campus is a licensed 100-bed general acute care hospital specializing in orthopedic, spine, bariatrics, and surgical services. Qualifications: MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelor?s degree in occupational therapyMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:New Graduates of Occupational Therapy program eligibleMINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:Current GA License as Occupational Therapist or current compact privileges in Georgia.
