Location: Red Oak / DFW Area
Project Duration: Several Months
Schedule: Approximately 40–50 hours per week
Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour
Position Summary:
KS Staffing Group is seeking Entry-Level Cabling Helpers to support a telecommunications/data center project in the Red Oak/DFW area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in structured cabling and data center environments.
Responsibilities:
Assist experienced cabling technicians with installation and routing of low-voltage cabling.
Pull, route, and organize cable through designated pathways.
Assist with cable labeling, bundling, and organization.
Help prepare work areas and materials for installation.
Use basic hand tools safely and properly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow instructions from lead technicians and supervisors.
Follow all project safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working on ladders as needed.
Qualifications:
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
Previous cabling, construction, warehouse, electrical, or low-voltage experience is a plus but not required.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work 40–50 hours per week.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Willingness to learn cabling installation techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Must be able to pass any required client background screening or site requirements.
