The EHS Manager at BILA SOLAR leads the development and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, and HR to drive regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture. Responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, training, permit management, and the implementation of LOTO, PPE, and other safety programs across all shifts.
