Key Responsibilities:- Provide full-scope general dentistry, including molar endo and surgical extractions
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a PPO and fee-for-service environment
- Collaborate with a skilled clinical and support team
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications:- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active New Mexico dental license or eligibility to obtain 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates and AEGD-trained dentists welcome
- Proficiency in molar endodontics and surgical procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation and Benefits:- $800 to $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 90 days$10,000 flat guarantee available for new graduates during ramp-upProduction-based model at 30-35% of collections$20K to $30K sign-on or relocation bonus, based on experience
