Job Description: Family Medicine Physician - San Jose, CA (H1-B Sponsorship Provided)

Outpatient primary care/community health setting Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Provide comprehensive family medicine, preventive care, and patient education Opportunity to supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, medical assistants, and nursing staff Participate in clinical programs, quality improvement, and peer review Serve a diverse and medically important patient population Spanish or Mandarin language skills are highly desirable

Manage preventive care and health promotion Perform appropriate minor procedures Order labs, testing, and specialty referrals as needed Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation Provide clinical consultation and support to advanced practice providers Collaborate with the medical team to maintain efficient patient flow and high-quality care
