Position Highlights:- Full-time, outpatient senior primary care practice
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMMinimal call responsibilities
- Lead a collaborative care team alongside experienced Advanced Practice Providers

- Active or eligible Florida medical license
- Passion for senior care and population health
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine, or related practice with senior patients
