Dynamiq builds the platform enterprises use to put AI agents into production: chat, voice andworkflow agents for banks, governments, telecom providers and hospitals, deployed in their cloudor data center. Selling this well means working inside the organizations that buy it: theirsecurity teams, their compliance requirements, their existing systems. We are looking for a Director of B2B Sales to lead our sales efforts in North America, focusedon high-value enterprises in finance, healthcare and the public sector.
What you will do:
Build and run a sales strategy that generates and converts B2B leads across North America
Identify and engage clients in target industries, with a focus on top-tier enterprises in tech, finance, healthcare and the public sector
Read each sector and tailor your approach to it
Build long-term relationships with the decision-makers and stakeholders inside targetorganizations
Understand each client's needs and propose solutions built on Dynamiq's platform
Own the sales process end to end, from first contact through deal closure and post-sale support
Set and hit regional sales targets, and report progress to senior management
Track your pipeline and engagement through CRM and sales tools, and use that data to sharpenyour approach What you bring
A proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in North America
Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to large enterprises
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to explain a complex technical product in terms a non-technical stakeholder willact on
