Head of People & Organizational Growth

Vaulted Deep is seeking a strategic Head of People to build and lead the people function as the company scales from Series A through Series B and beyond. You will report to the CEO, partner with the executive team, and shape culture, talent strategy and organizational design across multiple sites. The role includes leading people analytics, workforce planning, coaching leaders, and developing programs that support internal mobility, performance management, and readiness for growth.
