Qualifications: Minimum of 2yearsofexperienceinamanufacturingenvironmentfocusingon ContinuousImprovement(CI)initiatives, includingleadingorfacilitatingCIprojectsandKaizenevents. Enhancedtroubleshootingandadministrativeskills. Leadingimprovementinitiatives(Kaizenevents)fromconceptionthroughimplementation.

Overseethesuccessof: Kaizenevents, including: Coordinatestrategicanddetailedplans.

Planningofeventswithadynamicfunnelprocesstiedto: PolicyDeployment/ModelValueStreamandDailyManagement. Developandimplementimprovementstrategiesandinitiatives.

Eventexecutionandsustainmentof: Kaizeneventresults.

Lead/facilitatetheimplementationandsustainmentof: Leantools(VisualManagement,6S, Kaizen, ValueStreamMapping, plan-do-check-act, Leanprocesses, etc.).Ability to developanddelivertrainingprogramstoeducateemployeeson ContinuousImprovementconcepts, tools, andtechniques.
