We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Greeley, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on payroll experience who is confident working in ADP Workforce Now®. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential employee and payroll information.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Use ADP Workforce Now® to process payroll and maintain employee information
- Review timekeeping, hours, deductions, and payroll changes
- Process payroll adjustments and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Assist employees with payroll-related questions
- Ensure payroll information is entered accurately and deadlines are met
- Work with HR and management on payroll and employee updates
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hands-on payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now® experience is specifically required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with confidential information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
