Senior Solar PV Field Operations Lead – Georgia

Silicon Ranch is seeking a Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Area Lead III to oversee field operations across Georgia sites. You will lead corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, and ensure reliability of PV, UPS, SCADA, and MV/HV equipment. The role requires on-site management experience at large NERC-regulated facilities (100 MW+), with 4+ years in electrical maintenance and 1+ year in utility-scale PV O&M.
