APPLY NOWNight Shift Winder - WireWe are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Wire Winder. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring wire winding equipment used in the manufacturing of industrial hoses. The ideal candidate will ensure wire is properly wound, equipment operates efficiently, and materials meet production and quality standards.
Location:
Kenosha, WI Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Pay: $14.75/hr + $1.00 Attendance Incentive
Duties & Responsibilities: Machine Setup & Operation:
- Set up and operate wire winding machines
- Load wire spools and prepare materials for production
- Wind wire evenly onto spools, reels, or bobbins
- Ensure equipment is properly set before beginning production
- Machine Monitoring:
- Monitor equipment throughout the shift
- Maintain proper wire tension and alignment
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Replace full or empty spools during production
