Mo’ Bettahs in Lehi, UT is seeking a Head of Food Safety to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our food safety and sanitation programs across eight states as we grow to nearly 90 restaurants by year end.
You will build the team, manage audits (EcoSure/Steritech or equivalent), lead crisis management, and collaborate with Operations, Training, Supply Chain, and Construction; travel 40-50% is required.
