We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Sign Installation Crew Member to join our team. You will install custom streetscaping signs, cluster mailbox units (CBUs), and monument signs. This is a physically demanding, hands-on field role perfect for someone with construction experience who takes pride in high-quality outdoor installations.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $20.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You Will Do:
Assemble and install custom streetscaping signs, cluster mailboxes, and monument signs.
Use concrete, hand tools, and power tools to securely anchor signage structures.
Read layout plans and measure accurately to ensure precise placement.
Load, unload, and transport heavy installation materials safely.
Job Requirements
Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Mandatory).
Experience:
Proven background in construction, landscaping, fencing, or a related trade.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift to 50 pounds consistently and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Skillset: High proficiency with basic hand and power tools (drills, levels, wrenches, etc.).Mindset: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a strict focus on workplace safety.
