- Patient Age Range: 16 and older only (No pediatrics)
- Patient Volume: 8 10 patients/day
- Case Mix: Highly complex patients with comorbidities, addiction, behavioral health
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Call: 1 week/month (phone only, low volume: 6 8 calls/week)
- No inpatient or SNF rounding
- Same-day clinic rotation included
- Team Support: Trained support staff focused on outcomes
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Ohio license
- DEA license required
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience post-residency (no residency or telehealth counted)
- Must be comfortable prescribing opioids
- Experience preferred :
- Addiction medicine & behavioral health
- FQHC/Community Health Center
- Underserved Medicaid populations
