Location: Wilmington, NC 28401
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

We are hiring a dependable and motivated Hose Assembly / Production Associate to join a hands-on manufacturing team. This is an entry-level/junior opportunity for someone comfortable staying active, working with their hands, following instructions, and learning a specific production process. Previous hose or manufacturing experience is not required. Training will be provided. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, restaurants/food service, automotive, general labor, warehouse, production, or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and prepare industrial hose products according to established procedures
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Measure, cut, assemble, clean, label, and package components as required
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment after training
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work as part of a team and support production needs throughout the shift
- Perform repetitive hands-on tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Learn multiple assembly processes as training progresses
Qualifications:
- Reliable and dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable receiving instruction and following established procedures
- Team-oriented and able to work well with others
- Comfortable standing and moving around for most of the workday
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic ability to read a tape measure is a plus
- Manufacturing or mechanical experience is helpful but not required
