Investment Funds Counsel - Disclosure & Regulation

Invesco Ltd. is seeking an experienced legal counsel in Downers Grove to support disclosure, governance and regulatory initiatives for mutual funds, closed‑end funds and ETFs. You will oversee fund registration statements, shareholder materials, and SEC filings while collaborating with senior leaders to drive product and corporate initiatives. JD with 4–6 years of relevant experience is required.
