Dean of Academics & Curriculum Excellence

Great Hearts Academies seeks a Dean of Academics to manage academic and instructional matters, aligning curriculum and supporting learning at Archway Scottsdale. The role acts as liaison among families, students, faculty, and staff, reporting to the Headmaster. The Dean will monitor performance, implement intervention plans, collaborate with teachers, and oversee teacher training and evaluations while ensuring compliance with state requirements and Great Hearts standards.
