Key responsibilities:
Manage the clinical schedule on an 8-week cycle, including processing call-outs and tracking PTO requests
Oversee sync visit configuration and appointment slots, handling both standard scheduling and ad hoc updates
Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring basis while supporting operational escalations and new-hire onboarding logistics
Required qualifications:
2+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a similar operational role
Proficiency in scheduling, EHR, and lab-vendor systems (e.g., Elation, Quest)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clinic managers and cross-functional partners
