Responsibilities of the position: Provide friendly customer service Assist in maintaining a quality showroom Securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts Convey information to customers and maintain a constant level of communications with customers, co-workers, and management. Upon completion of training should have a thorough knowledge of rental agreements, merchandise, and customer relations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Must complete the training program
High degree of precision, accuracy, coordination and knowledge of operational procedures.
Ability to reason & make independent decisions
