Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML and scientific data initiatives across Vaccine R&D.Integrate complex biological datasets, including omics, immunological assays, sequencing, and imaging, into scalable AI-ready infrastructure. Develop and implement AI/ML workflows, predictive models, and advanced analytical capabilities. Collaborate with scientific and technical leaders to translate research needs into practical AI solutions. Drive cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor technical colleagues.

Ideal Background: PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field preferred. Strong AI/ML expertise with experience working with complex scientific or biological datasets. Experience with scientific data engineering, integration, architecture, or AI/ML platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from strategy through implementation. Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across multidisciplinary research teams. Biotech or pharmaceutical experience preferred; vaccine-specific experience is not required.
