In this role, you'll work hands-on with wiring, cables, connectors, and electronic components while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. What You'll Do:
- Install, route, organize, and secure wires and cables
- Connect cables, harnesses, and electronic components according to work instructions
- Read and follow diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Inspect wiring and connections for accuracy and quality
- Identify and report damaged or incorrect components
- Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Maintain an organized and safe workstation
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
- Work closely with production and quality team members
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
Requirements:
- Previous wiring, cable assembly, electronics assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with small parts, cables, and connectors
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Steel-toe safety shoes required
