What You’ll Do:
Prepare and review Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040, 1041, 706, and 709.Provide proactive tax planning, including income tax, estate, trust, succession, entity structuring, PTET, and exit planning strategies.
Research complex tax issues and develop planning recommendations.
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client contact.
Manage engagements, ensure quality standards, and meet deadlines.
Mentor and develop tax staff through training and technical guidance.
Support practice growth through client relationship management and business development.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
CPA required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field (Master's preferred).8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
Strong background in tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth clients and closely held businesses.
Experience with UltraTax CS, Thomson Reuters Checkpoint, CoCounsel, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
