Manufacturing Operator

Shift: 3rd Shift – Overnight

Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Operator to support daily production operations. The ideal candidate will assist with manufacturing processes, operate production equipment, maintain product quality, and follow all safety procedures. Previous manufacturing experience is not required. Candidates must be willing to learn, follow instructions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities: Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures. Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities. Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Inspect products and materials for defects or inconsistencies. Package, label, and prepare finished products as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor. Follow company policies and standard operating procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications: No previous manufacturing experience required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
