Administrative Supervisor Do you enjoy bringing order to a busy day, solving problems, and helping others succeed? Sunrise Acceptance is looking for an Administrative Supervisor who leads by example, notices the details, and knows that a strong team makes all the difference. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity, not a role spent watching from the sidelines. You'll guide our administrative team, help employees build their skills, and keep the behind-the-scenes work supporting our customers running smoothly. If you're ready to put your organizational strengths and people skills to work, we'd like to meet you. Where you'll make a difference Bring out the best in your team. Coach employees, set clear expectations, and help people grow. Keep the day moving. Balance priorities, coordinate workloads, and pitch in when the team needs a hand. Get the important details right. Oversee account-support work such as titles, insurance, payments, credit bureau reporting, bankruptcies, and monthly reports, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Be someone others can count on. Help resolve customer and employee concerns, keep reports and time records on track, and work closely with the GM & VP of Collections.
