Work at VINCUE: Senior Video Producer

Vincue Video Producer You'll be VINCUE's first dedicated video producer, the person we call for anything with a lens, a mic, or a timeline. This isn't a "shoot what you're told" seat. You'll shape how VINCUE tells its story on camera, and you'll lead how we build our production capability, from the gear we buy to the workflows we run. You'll report to our Creative Director, with a dotted line to our CMO, and partner day today with our Animator. You'll take projects from first idea to final delivery, and you'll spend about half your time on the road capturing dealers, events, and the people behind VINCUE.VINCUE's creative team is small, sharp, and busy. We produce everything from dealer testimonials and executive interviews to trade show booths, live streamed product launches, and the main-stage experience at VINCUE: UNLEASHED. We don't have layers of approvals or a department of specialists to hand things off to. We have a few talented people who own their craft and trust each other to deliver. We're scrappy by design. We'd rather capture the real story at a real dealership than stage something in a studio. And we know great video is the fastest way to show a dealer what VINCUE actually does for them. What We Are Looking ForThe Right Mindset: You're a storyteller first and a technician second. You know the best-lit shot in the world doesn't matter if the story doesn't land You're comfortable being the expert in the room, and you can explain why a shot, a lens, or a workflow is the right call You thrive on a small team where everyone pitches in, and "that's not my job" isn't in your vocabulary You like being on the move. Airports, dealership lots, and trade show floors don't slow you down The Experience:5+ years of professional video production, ideally in-house for a brand, agency, or B2B company A portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership, including interviews, customer testimonials or case studies, event coverage, and short-form social content A track record of running shoots solo or with a minimal crew, where you're the one who plans, lights, shoots, records audio, and edits Experience building or managing a production kit, including specifying equipment, working within a budget, and making smart purchase recommendations Experience working alongside venue and event AV teams at conferences, trade shows, or live events Automotive, SaaS, or B2B experience is a plus, but not required The Skills: Interviewing and directing non-actors. Most of the people you'll film are dealers and executives, not talent. You know how to put a nervous general manager at ease, ask the right follow-up questions in the moment, and draw out the natural, specific answers that make a testimonial land Interview prep. You write sharp interview questions ahead of every shoot and come in knowing the story you need to capture Camera, lighting, and audio. Strong across cinema and mirrorless systems, including shooting in Log, and confident lighting and recording clean audio in uncontrolled, real-world environments Multi-camera production for interviews and events Editing and color. Advanced editing and color grading, with DaVinci Resolve strongly preferred Collaborating with motion design. You shoot and structure edits that leave room for animation and graphics Asset management and backup. You keep an organized file structure, back up reliably while on the road, and archive so any project can be found months later Platform delivery. You export and version for YouTube, LinkedIn, and social, including captions and 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 formats
