Job Title: Process Data Analyst Level 2Duration: 12+ months
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Employment Type: Contractor
Work Arrangement: ; onsite five days per week at the downtown office.
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support performance improvement initiatives. This role will maintain common-measures reports, develop new reports, complete ad hoc requests and analyses, and support enterprise incentive plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
Conduct pre-launch and post-launch analyses for pilots and new processes.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports through audits and validations.
Lead stakeholder meetings to define metrics, measurement plans, and reporting requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain store and department savings-estimate models.
Provide technical guidance to field teams and corporate leadership.
Analyze operational data to support efficiency improvements and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI.Experience with R or Python.
Experience with SQL.Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data models.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong attention to data accuracy, validation, and integrity.
Clear communication, adaptability, initiative, and persistence.
