Job Details: Start Date:
- ASAP - January 1, 2025 Coverage Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pmPatient Volume:
- Clinic Volume: Approximately 35 patients per dayOR Volume: Variable, depending on case load (10-15 cases)
- Support Staff:
- Clinic equipped with a bladder scanner, Urodynamics, and UADedicated support staff: 2 Medical Assistants (MAs) and 1 ReceptionistEMR:CernerOnsite Facilities:
- Lab onsiteX-ray onsite Submission Requirements: Rates:
- Hourly/Daily rates must be submitted at the time of name clear (No exceptions)
Certification:
BC/BE UrologyBLS (Basic Life Support)
Administrative Details:
- Utilization of Kronos for clocking in/out (No paper timesheets)
- No reimbursement for Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through third-party websites (e.g., Expedia, Kayak)
- McLaren is tax-exempt, and lodging taxes will not be reimbursedMalpractice rates MUST be included in the rateBackground Check:
- Clean background required for quick privilegingLicensing:
- MI License in hand required at the time of clearCOVID Vaccine:
