Americas Ecommerce Leader: Growth & Merchandising

Clarks seeks a Director of Ecommerce, Americas to lead trading, site merchandising, content, campaigns and on-site optimization across the Americas. You will own daily performance, drive sales, conversion, AOV and gross margin while partnering with Marketing, IT, Merchandising, Planning, Global Brand, Creative and Finance to deliver growth. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in ecommerce leadership within retail or fashion, strong analytics, and a proven ability to translate customer and
