The business has 600+ employees and has built a scaled platform across lending, customer acquisition and servicing. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a Director of FP&A to take ownership of a broad financial planning, modelling and analytics function.
The Role:
This is a senior FP&A position with significant exposure to executive leadership and the wider finance organisation. You’ll lead complex financial analysis and modelling, support strategic decision-making and help the business understand performance, profitability and future growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead financial modelling, valuation and forecasting across the business
- Build and maintain sophisticated DCF and financial models
- Analyse business performance, profitability and key financial drivers
- Support financing strategy and strategic investment decisions
- Partner closely with Accounting, Capital Markets and senior leadership
- Develop analytical tools and improve forecasting processes
- Build reporting and presentations for executive leadership
- Enhance financial reporting and analytics using Excel, Power BI, SQL and other systems
- What We’re Looking For8–12+ years of experience across FP&A, valuation, investment banking, consulting, Big Four or financial institutions
- Strong financial modelling and DCF experience
- Experience with valuation / fair value methodologies
- Background in consumer finance, lending, fintech, banking or specialty finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Experience with SQL, Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
- Package$180,000–$230,000 base salary
