About Us:
Please & Thank You is building a team of high performers who are eager to serve guests, grow in their knowledge of coffee and hospitality, and be a key contributor to the team around them as well as to the company as a whole. Hospitality comes first, for guests and for each other, and every team member plays a direct role in that, everyday. We are looking for driven and coachable team members who enjoy working with people and serving others.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers
- Craft espresso drinks and other beverages to high standards
- Bake and serve baked goods, cookies included, with care
- Follow shift checklists to keep the cafe clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Handle orders and payments accurately
- Participate in ongoing training
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for hospitality and serving people
- Curiosity and care about the craft
- A calm, reliable presence in a busy work environment
- Availability for some early mornings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, not required
- Attention to detail and being receptive to direct feedback
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Job Details: Hourly, part-time or full-time

- Base wage + tips — $16/hr guaranteed
