Senior Family Law Magistrate

Maryland Judiciary invites applications for a full-time Magistrate at the Circuit Court for Howard County in Ellicott City. The role focuses on family and juvenile law matters, with duties including hearings, settlements, and written findings. Strong ethical standards and juris doctor and Maryland Bar are required. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ Maryland legal experience, with preferred ten years in family law. Travel for education is expected.
